O Apartamento é agradável e amplo.

Quando a gente pesquisa, aparece como ótima localização, que fica a 900 metros do Centro, porém tem uma ladeira de 900 metros que para subir a pé é Terrível Toda horas tinha que pegar Uber, mesmo para uma distância pequena. Falta alguns detalhes no banheiro como porta sabonete, shampoo e ducha
