Foi um absurdo, um desrespeito...toda a experiência.. não pude desfrutar de nada..

Chegamos no endereço, não conseguimos entrar no prédio...pois foi comunicado que o apartamento já estava ocupado.. .eu e minha esposa não conseguimos entrar...o anfitrião depois falou que o apartamento tinha sido alugado pela Airnb...mas tínhamos a reserva pelo booking.. saímos de São Paulo, e ficamos em um banco da praia sem poder usar o apartamento...prejuízo de passagens, uber que pegamos, tivemos que voltar pra São Paulo....pior experiência de nossas vidas...nota zero para o anfitrião, e para o Booking.com...
