Localização ótima, prédio seguro, apt com tudo que precisa.

As instalações estavam com alguns problemas, pia entupida e o apartamento estava como se alguém tivesse acabado de sair, cama desarrumada e com garrafa de água vazia.

O quarto tem um tamanho muito bom, local com eletrodomésticos completo, a galeria do lado oferece restaurante, farmácia, lojas, lavanderia e outros serviços. A proprietária foi muito prestativa!

Gostei de tudo , apartamento confortável e limpo . Cama muito confortável , ar-condicionado na sala E quarto . Participei de um evento no Riocentro ,fui andando na parte da manhã .
