"Quarto excelente em ótima localização."

O quarto é excelente, bem cuidado, bem decorado, cama confortável e cozinha bem equipada. A localização é excelente também, andei a pé por todo lado, deixando meu carro seguro no estacionamento. Apesar de próximo da avenida principal o local era bem silencioso.

O portão de acesso de carros é manual e pode ser um pouco pesado para pessoas com menos força ou mobilidade reduzida, é necessário abrir esse portão até para sair a pé, deixo como sugestão um portão de pedestres mais leve.

A localização é perfeita, em frente há um mercadinho, há um quarteirão do posto Ipiranga e de padaria. Sai na rua já está na praia. A casa tem ótimas instalações, cama boa, tem todos os utensílios domésticos básicos. Ótimo ar condicionado e ótimo chuveiro. Nota 10.
