O mobiliário está bem judiado, o apartamento está precisando de manutenção a pia do banheiro e da cozinha está vazando, o enxoval muito ruim.... o lençol sem acabamento até desfiando as pontas

Localização muito boa e vizinhança segura.

Apartamento antigo precisando de manutencao. Pia entupida, assento do vaso quebrado, garrafa de água usada aberta na geladeira e sabonete usado no banheiro. Janela quebrada, Sofá antigo e muito desconfortáve com as molas soltasl, coifa da cozinha quebrada e móveis antigos. Cama nos deu alergias.
