Tudo muito bom.

Nada a reclamar, uma pequena sugestão seria colocar uma geladeira Frost Free para não acumular gelo no congelador. Assim não diminuiria o espaço.

Ótima localização, próximo á prainha, apartamento com todos os acessórios necessários para a estadia. Com boa iluminação e ventilação. Garagem para um veículo, porém vagas para estacionar na porta do prédio também. Prédio com regras de convivência em placas, lembrando a todos o respeito aos outros.
