Apartamento limpo, confortável, bem localizado e com todos os itens necessários para o conforto. Gostamos muito e recomendamos.

A garagem é um pouco difícil para quem tem carro grande. Também em alguns lugares da garagem há vazamento do teto junto com calcário. Foi difícil limpar o vidro do carro. Assim, recomendamos que o hóspede escolha com atenção a vaga que vai usar (vagas são livres).

Limpeza, em geral muito boa,, cozinha bem equipada, quartos amplos, sala bem montada, aparelhos de ar condicionadem em exceleente estado de funcionamento. As áreas comuns do edifício são limpíssimas. Os porteiros Rogério e Val são excelentes.

São dois quartos e a acomodação, na realidade, não oferece dois banheiros sociais. O segundo banheiro é o da área de serviço, útil para quem venha com aeia da praia. É pequeno, não tem pia, ali se guardam vassouras e uma lata de lixo reserva, e o box está a exigir melhor apresentação.
