"Foi bom conhecer"

O atendimento do Antônio, sempre disponível e gentil. O condominio também é muito agradável, pe na areia, boa piscina, restaurante, etc.

O apartamento precisa de manutenção, os utensílios estão velhos, alguns quebrados, enfim precisa de um "banho de loja". Mas a pior experiencia foi a deficiencia da energia elétrica que nos impediram de usar o ar-condicionado à noite. Ou seja, dormimos 3 noites no calor. Apesar de a responsabilidade pela energia elwtrica ser da ENEL, isso impactou bastante negativamente nossa estada.

Achei limpa, organizada e preparada para recepção. No entanto, o ar-condicionado do quarto estava quebrado. O anfitrião rapidamente mandou um ventilador.

A localização e a segurança.

O ar-condicionado de um dos quartos não estava funcionando e não teve nenhum pronto atendimento para providenciar o conserto. Além dos chuveiros serem bem ruins, dos dois quartos e os colchões péssimos.
