Hey my name is Yarden and I have made a reservation for 7 nights at While we were staying there, the door at the shower broke on me. All my body was full of glasses and blood. My whole body hurts. at the moment we called to the owner she was yelling at me and abused me for the broken door. She even didn’t care about my injuries at all. I have to say that the door wasn’t safe at the begin with and it was very dangerous and not responsible that she didn’t check about the safety of the apartment before. It could end even worse than it is. We decided to move the day after to different apartment and the owner told me to talk to you about the situation. I paid for all the nights trough booking and I want to receive the money for the nights i didn’t stayed there. I have to say that the owners behaviour about the situation was horrible. She was yelling at me and abused me about the damage. when we wanted to leave, she wanted to call the police and forces me to pay for the door. I hope you will pay attention to my story and make sure that people won’t get into this apartment. I am adding pictures of my injuries and hoping you could help me at least get my money back. In addition, I have the reservation for the second apartment so you could see that i didn’t stayed there after the accident my friend Noga has made this reservation and you can check this on booking.We moved in February 28 until march 4. This is a nice small apartment in a quiet neighborhood, with kitchen and all the amenities. Great for couples or families. And is a bit far from the hustle of the beachs. Very good to see the community, people are very friendly. Got supermarket and restaurants close by...
