LOCALIZAÇÃO MUITO BOA PROXIMO A PRAIA,OS ATENDENTES MUITO RECEPTIVOS,CONDOMÍNIO BEM SEGURO E ORGANIZADO.

Geladeira apresentou algumas falhas,ar condicionado estava com dificuldade para gelar o ambiente,poderiam estar realizando a troca do sofá para um mais novo e confortável,portas do quarto nao trancava.

Banheiro com mau cheiro. Cheiro de esgoto constante. O proprietário tentou resolver, mas não funcionou até deixarmos o apartamento.
