Sofa bed was uncomfortable and had a dirty mattress and too small for two adults or any adult over 1.70m. Bedding was shared between the bedroom and living room (unlike the photos that shows one blanket for each). Electronic lock failure left myself locked out until a delivery driver brought a physical key. Poor customer service, with attempts to shift blame when dealing with this issue. Balcony was dusty and its door wouldn’t lock (security concern). Poor sound insulation (noisy street and neighbors), freezer also noisy with deicing unless kept at minimum setting. Very limited street parking. The biggest issue with these units is that they’re managed by a third-party middleman (B.Homy). This means you, the guest, are not their primary customer, the apartment owner is. As a result, when problems arise (like internet issues, broken amenities, or cleaning concerns), the management may prioritize protecting their relationship with the property owner over addressing your needs.
