A localização é boa e a Francine é sensacional, muito atenciosa e prestativa. O prédio é bom, com portaria 24h e silencioso. A vista é bonita.

As camas do quarto de solteiro são muito desconfortáveis. O colchão é muito fino e o estrado muito frágil, estava desencaixado. Impossível dormir na cama de baixo.

O apartamento é muito bom, bem localizado e a Francine foi bem solícita, estando sempre à disposição para qualquer dúvida.

O ar condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando... Isso deixou a desejar bastante, pois fui em pleno verão e estava um calor insuportável, tivemos que dormir na sala embaixo do ventilador de teto... Isso foi bem ruim, poderiam ter avisado antes.

Apartamento com excelente custo benefício, a estadia foi ótima, localização de fácil acesso a pé para alguns pontos turísticos como o MAC, baía de Guanabara, o anfitrião foi bem gentil em flexibilizar o check in, recomendo com certeza.

O colchão precisa de manutenção, estava mto mole com deformidade de uso já.

Ficamos encantados, o lugar é maravilhoso. A localização é ótima, o apartamento é bem equipado, o prédio é excelente. Os responsáveis pelo apartamento são prestativos, a comunicação foi ótima.

Deixou a desejar um pouquinho na limpeza do chão, somente.
