"o local fica em uma boa regiao, porem a apt esta precario"

o local precisa de reforma, o bebedouro esta muito sujo precisa ser trocado, os banheiros precisam de reforma e limpeza nos rejuntes a cozinha esta bem velha os itens, nao conseguimos usar nada do local, o lencol e manta estao com mal cheiro, de uso cheiro de suor e saliva nos travesseiros

Acomodação confortável, bem localizado. Estacionamento para o carro disponível é um ótimo plus.

Tive que pagar 100% da taxa de aluguel no pix antes da entrada e com limite de horário para fazer a transferência estipulado pelo atendente, mesmo tendo feito a reserva pelo Booking e passado meu cartão de crédito. Fui contactada pelo whatsapp para esse pagamento e caso não pagasse disseram que cancelariam minha reserva.
