"Not pleasant, rude and disrespectful host"

The bathroom smelled and we woke up with the noise of a bulldozer and hammer on the wall

It took us one and half hour to check-in and the host had an attitude when we asked for a late checkout to compensate for our wait. He had horrible customer service. I have screenshots of his messages. Booking was not a big help either.
