Tirando um dos quartos que é quente, o ar condicionado faz muito barulho, super recomendo, tudo limpinho.

Um dos quartos o ar condicionado não funciona e o ventilador é fraco, e não tem Airfryer, fora isso super recomendo.

Casa limpa e bem equipada, tem tela mosquiteiro nas janelas, ambiente familiar e sossegado. Fica bem perto do acesso à Praia das Conchas e da Ilha do Japonês.

Podia ter uma porta com tela mosquiteiro entre a cozinha e a área de serviço para ventilar melhor a cozinha. Não tive problema para estacionar mas, se o condomínio ficar cheio, seu carro pode ficar numa vaga presa. O ar condicionado é barulhento mas o ventilador de teto resolveu o problema.
