Muito arejado, com janelas abertas nem.precisei de ventilador em dezembro. Só atravessar a avenida e está na praia. Perto do shopping com supermercado, dava para ir à pé (dias quadras).. Proprietária solícita e pontual.

Prédio bem antigo, cheiro de naftalina nos corredores. A praia imprópria para banho e nada na orla a noite para fazer. Apenas o shopping para tomar um sorvete ou passear ou ir de carro à Santos. Muitos moradores de ruas e usuários de drogas nas imediações. Barulho à noite.
