"מפואר וטוב אבל לא צמוד לחוף"

וילה מפוארת, מתקן מים, בריכה נהדרת. מתחם שקט. קרוב לחוף

הפרסום רשום 100 מטר מחוף הים. אבל בפועל לא רואים את הים. בנוסף באמצע יש מצוק. כך שיש ללכת כמה דקות לים , כולל עליה די רצינית במדרגות

La pileta es muy linda y limpia. La ubicación está bien.

El poco mantenimiento de la casa. Los colchones de las camas individuales eran muy finos y gastados, con un hueco en el medio. Las paredes tenían mucha humedad, particularmente el de una habitación.

Localização excelente, com fácil acesso a pé a Praia do Amor e ao Centrinho. O tamanho do apto também é muito bom, espaçoso, amplo, com varanda, 2 banheiros. Como fica no térreo, a área de lazer do condomínio fica bem acessível, o que é ótimo para quem vai com crianças.

Como sugestão de melhoria, sentimos falta de mais opções de eletrodomésticos na cozinha, como airfryer e forno, por exemplo, além de mais opções de panelas, taças para vinho e garrafa térmica para o café. Um ponto importante que nos incomodou foi a ausência de cortina nas portas de vidro da entrada do apartamento, o que compromete significativamente a privacidade dos hóspedes.

El lugar es muy lindo y está muy bien ubicado. Es espacioso y cómodo. La piscina es muy linda, amplia y no suele estar abarrotada de gente. Cida, la encargada, siempre respondió todas nuestras dudas inmediatamente.

Podría estar un poco más equipado .Solo faltan pequeños detalles como un secador de pelo, pava eléctrica (o común). Hay una cafetera tipo prensa muy pequeña pero para calentar el agua tuvimos que usar una olla.
