Funcionários solicitos, cordiais e atenciosos, apto limpo e muito bem equipado, água quente nas torneiras e aquecedor de ar, área kids excelente para crianças com espaço confortável para os pais aguardarem, localização muito boa dentro do que eu havia programado superou as expectativas.

A única coisa que eu sugeriria à organização do flat seria retirada de lixo e troca de toalhas diariamente, ou ao menos de 2/2 dias, pois a cidade é fria e úmida não permitindo que as toalhas sequem a cada uso, tive que pedir umas 3x até ser atendida para realizar a troca das mesmas.
