Local de facil acesso, proximo a PUC PR e ao Predio da Telefonica. Estacionamento cobrado a parte, mas seguro. Apartamento de bom tamanho e com boas funcionalidades.

Tudo tranquilo, apenas notei que em algumas ruas proximas tinham varios moradores de rua, mas sem causar problemas.
