O ap tem cômodos bem distribuídos. O ar condicionado funcionou bem, tem todos os utensílios para cozinha. A localização é ok, perto do morro do careca, de supermercados. A pessoa que nos recebeu foi educada e tirou nossas dúvidas.

A academia estava com aparelhos enferrujados, alguns quebrados, sem condições de funcionamento. As fotos não estavam de acordo com a condição do apartamento. Nós últimos dias tivemos problemas com funcionamento do wi-fi.
