"Boa localização, mas o imóvel precisa de “olho de dono”."

Localização privilegiada, muito perto do shopping, bons restaurantes no entorno. Boa cama, confortável. Chuveiro muito bom.

Iluminação precária, luzes queimadas (banheiro) móveis soltando a fita de borda, frigobar não apaga a luz e incomoda muito, móveis velhos. Toalha de banho uma delas era ótima a outra horrível. Não tinha shampoo no banheiro.
