Flat tem tudo que precisa pra se sentir em casa, até ferro e tábua de passar roupa. A casa estava muito limpa, tinha água na geladeira, sabonetinhos no banheiro e toalhas limpas. Tem estacionamento em frente ao flat. Nas fotos parece menor do que realmente é, tem um bom espaço.
