"Great stay in Santiago!"

It was very easy to get to, and felt very safe. The flat was a decent size, with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. We appreciated that there was filtered water available as well. The host was also very responsive via WhatsApp which was great.

It would have been great to have some cooking oil and pepper available (there was only salt) as I expect most people only stay for a few days and won’t want to buy from a supermarket. We struggled to use the hob as well - as far as we could see we were using it correctly, and tried multiple different settings, but our water wouldn’t boil in the saucepan provided.

The apartament was in a very good location. Was fully equipped with everyhing. The bed was very confy Basically for the money that we paid was 100% worth it.

"Nice stay!"

We have had a nice stay. The location is in the center so that was nice! It was nice that there was a kitchen. The apartment was clean. We havent met the staff but on whatsapp they were nice. They send us a link to pay online and at first we were a bit hesitant but they werent pushy and offered to help in person (which was not needed in the end), so that was nice.

They did not tell us the pool was closed.. it was still 30degrees celsius outside so we were ready to swim but unfortunately that was not possible. Also, the airco doesnt really function well and if it does (with some adjustments) it only cools the ‘living room’ so the bedroom was still pretty hot.
