Para atingir 100% da minha avaliação, sugiro: - a troca do colchão de casal por um semi ortopedico ou ortopedico - substituir as frigideiras menores por melhores - incluir um jogo de panos de prato em bom estado - incluir guarda sol / cadeiras de praia - instalar uma lava roupas

Gostei bastante do espaço e por ser perto da praia, porém está sendo construído um prédio ao lado do que fiquei, 7h da manhã começa a barulheira, e só termina as 6hrs da tarde...
