El departamento es muy húmedo, se nota en las paredes la eliminación de hongos. La calefacción existente es eléctrica pero insuficiente para calentar al departamento, menos para eliminar la humedad. El departamento se ubica en el 5to piso y no tiene ascensor.

Acceso y estacionamiento.

Humedad de las dos camas y olor . Los cubrecamas estaban sucios y con manchas de moho. El grifo de la ducha está roto. El agua es bastante tibia. Dice que tiene Netflix, pero solo tiene la aplicación. No es un departamento nuevo. Las cortinas están sucias. A la cocina le hace falta limpieza, sobretodo los utensilios que estan en estado inaceptable.
