O apartamento é extremamente bem localizado e com a vista incrível, no interno do apartamento tem algumas avarias, talvez dando uma reformada e trocando as persianas, supervalorizaria o local..

Ele poderia ser um pouco mais aconchegante. Mas, mesmo assim, vale o custo benefício, além disso tem garagem.
