Exigência do anfitrião de uma caução no valor de R$ 300,00, desnecessario, pois utilizo a plataforma ha anos e nunca tive esse tipo de proposta.

Flat mto confortável e bem equipado com utensílios pra fazer uma refeição rápida e café. Bem localizado e condomínio mto bom, com restaurante com valor acessível no local.

Eu gostei de tudo, passei 4 dias maravilhosos, os funcionários do condomínio são super atenciosos e trabalham com amor❤️

Flat bem localizado, confortável, organizado, limpo e ótima recepção por parte do anfitrião que manteve-se sempre disponível e solícito. A recepção no condomínio também foi excepcional. Para ficar mais que perfeito, deixo como sugestão disponibilizar roupas de cama e toalha como parte da estadia.

Da beleza do local. Da praticidade de estar próximo ao mar e haver condições de se locomover aos locais para se alimentar e ter o melhor lazer .

Nada à reclamar. Angra é tudo de bom .

The view from the room is great and it can be enjoyed with a hammock provided on the little balcony. Host is reachable via WhatsApp.

A £300 deposit is requested in cash prior to arrival. When I asked if I could leave a pre-authorization I was given an option to pay Rs30 extra with credit card and no indication of how the money would be returned, as check out is done remotely by sending a WhatsApp video of the property. No linen, towels, bin liners or even a little dish soap (which costs just a few Reais) is provided. Beds and pillows are not very comfortable, and there are a lot of lights from different devices in the room that may disturb your sleep. I feel these are the little details that let the place down.

Upon arrival, we were unable to check - in and had to wait for 3 hours on the street (the weather was cold) because security guard of the building did not let us in saying that according to owner' instructions we have to pay deposit of 300 reals and bed sheet fee of 110 reals. Deposit and bed sheet fee was not indicated in booking conditions on Booking.com. We agree to pay this because we were tired and it was cold on the street. During our communication via WhatsApp owner told us that we can make this payment only by Pix or Paypol. We do not use PayPal and we are unfamiliar with Pix because we are guests from abroad. Finally we arranged this situation with the help of owner's neighbor, we gave him cash and after that we were allowed to enter the apartment. Owner said that deposit will be return to us during 24 hours after check out. When this time came owner said to us that everything is OK and he is ready to return us deposit but he will do this only by Pix or Paypal. We are foreigners, it was very hard for us to find a person from Brazil who use Pix and agree to receive payment for us but we did. We informed the owner that we found Brazil person who will help us and ready to receive payment but after that owner told that he will return us only 200 reals because we damaged socket in his apartment which is not true. We did not do anything wrong with facilities in the property. Its worth mentioning that we never saw owner in person.

Apartment itself is quite average. The only one advantage is good view from the balcony. Taking into account facilities and level of comfort in this apartment it hardly worth its price. Beach is dirty with lots of ships and boats
