"J'ai quitté les lieux le jour même"

Je n'ai pas séjourné dans l'appartement ! J'ai été louer un autre logement ailleurs le jour même. Arrivé 16h. Sortie 18h ! Très déçu car j'ai fait confiance aux photos et à la description de l'annonce. Et surprise à l'arrivée...Glauque et bruyant. Je ne me suis pas senti bien du tout dans ce logement en arrivant et il fallait absolument je quitte les lieux. Je suis toujours en attente de ma demande de remboursement auprès de Booking et de l'établissement.

L'emplacement est le meilleur de Copacabana et le propriétaire de l'appartement est très présent et serviable. Service ménage gratuit a la demande suite a mon long séjour. Le séjour/salon est très grand, idéale pour une grande famille. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. L'immeuble est très propre. Appartement incontournable.

les placards sont un peu vieux.

"The host was very helpful, the apartment is a gem."

The apartment was breathtaking, we couldn't believe how nice it was. The rooms are decent size and clean. You have everything you need in the kitchen, all the appliances and utensils. The view to the beach is obstructed slightly by some trees, but still beautiful.

when we arrived the building gate was locked and we stayed there for a while because the doorman wasn't available. It was very sunny and hot, so I had to call the host to explain what happened and I think she reached out to the doorman and he opened for us. But I guess if you have no internet it could be scary. My check-out was at 11 am but the woman who took care of the apartment called me and sent me messages at 9 asking what time I would leave. I felt a little uncomfortable even tho she was just trying to help the next guests. Anyway, I would still recommend it.
