Os donos, Sr Jair e dona Cleusa são muito prestativos e simpáticos. O ar não estava gelando e ele resolveu no mesmo dia. O apartamento entrega o que está no anúncio.

No apartamento menor falta algum tipo de varal no apartamento. Apesar que tinha varal disponível na parte de baixo do prédio.
