Very comfortable, right within the mountain view!

Poor parking, would like to recommend to have assigned stalls per unit(with the pass to match)could not find parking within a 2 block radius when parking lot in back full

We liked everything about this place as it is well maintained and very clean. It felt like home away from home. Kitchen is well equipped to fullfill all your needs. There were a lot of board games etc to keep kids busy.

"Wonderful stay with poor staff facility."

The chalet was wonderful. There were swimming pool and hot tub facilities. Kitchen had all the amenities and appliances. Coin laundry and parking were available as well. The location is not too far from Banff. They provided us with board games, DVDs and several books. Overall it was a very comfortable stay especially when visiting with family.

They overcharged us with $600 and the check in procedure is quite complicated (you have to sign rental agreement etc). Keep in mind there is no reception and the call center is only available during working hours. There is no complimentary room service as well.
