We enjoyed our Stay at Modern Luxurious Apartment. Rinaldo (the manager) and his associate Lara were attentaive and kind. The location was safe, quiet in a nice residential area with supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity. All necessary amenities were provided. Efficient A/C to cool the place & Comfy bed was great. Driveway parking in front of the unit was great. Highly recommended.

The apartment was elegant and cosy at the same time. Very new and clean. Management attention to details in the apartment decor, furniture, and supplies is meticulous.

Lack of check in instructions. But the kind house owners/neighbours were there and assisted after all.

I appreciate how organized the place is and its convenient location, which allows easy access to different parts of the city without worrying about rush hours. The business owner certainly knows about this fact and has gone above and beyond to make this place exceptionally pleasant to stay at.

The coffee machine requires regular cleaning, including descaling. Additionally, the knife block contained a knife that had been used and returned without proper cleaning. For guests with longer stays, there was no towel cleaning service provided. Furthermore, the rug inside the washroom is not water-resistant and may develop odors and discoloration after repeated use.

Everything was perfect! Spacious, clean appartment and provided with everything you might need!! Supermarkets nearby, quiet and comfortable!!! We couldn't have asked for more!

Renovated building that is well equipped in a quiet residential location. There is a big supermarket nearby and around 15 minutes drive to downtown Ottawa.

It’s virtual check in and information provided was a bit slow and I am the one instigating for details.
