Top floor flat which we stayed in is hot and airless, the noise of the doors opening and shutting downstairs is very noisy in the top flat

Loved the location, layout / size of 2 bedroom apartment. Brightness. I appreciated that no strong perfumes/chemicals were used as I have allergies.

Although it seemed clean, upon closer inspection, floor wasn't swept, shower floor could have been cleaner, mirror and glass tables were foggy like they had been wiped with cloth used for other surfaces; couldn't see our reflection in mirror.

"Lovely peaceful family stay."

It was a beautiful apartment, lovely to stay at. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, TV set up for streaming. Overall a lovely stay.

Not a deal breaker but the heat was ducted with no way to adjust the amount of air or the temperature except in the bedrooms. Sometimes it was a bit too warm in the apartment.
