The location was fantastic as well as the unit itself. Gorgeous.

I think the only bad thing was the safety of the hot water. It was way too hot, a child could easily burn themselves if accidentally maxing the hot water.

The location is excellent

The check out time is not flexible enough.

The apartment was amazing and located exactly where we wanted to be. A short walk from old Quebec.

People at reception desk

The location was great making it easy to get to historic attractions as well as the parliament buildings. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a full kitchen to cook some of our meals.

We did not have A/C as it had broke down that day but the management did compensate us with a partial refund because they did not have any other condos available to relocate us and we thought that was great customer service. The floors were kind of dirty, but it was probably from them running in and out of the apartment trying to fix the A/C.
