"Exceptional"

Not our first time staying at Casa Buda, but the first time in Casa 1, usually we end up in Casa 2. Casa 1 did not disappoint! So comfortable, so clean. Close to the airport, but in a neighborhood, quiet and walkable (mini supermercado right around the corner), close to restaurants (we drove, but the hosts offer bicycles!). Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfy. Wifi and AC work great! AC is in the living room as well as both bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. Both units are behind very serious fencing and gate, totally safe, secure parking. Hosts will be airport shuttle for reasonable fee. The hosts are so wonderful, will help with anything, always responsive. Muy amable!! We will be back! Pura vida!!

"Lovely apartment, comfortable and clean and very close to the airport."

The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Super safe fenced property with parking and quiet. I was impressed with the attention to details, tea, sugar, salt, even a can opener!!! Everything you could need and more! Fridge stove microwave etc. Well done and with pride 👍 Mr Jose Eduardo was very nice and arranged a taxi for us the next morning to the airport.

If there was anything …I would mention that one of the 3 air conditioners in the 2nd bedroom did not respond to its remote. The neighborhood was a bit rough.

Love the property, not far from Walmart, airport, car rental etc... 5 to 15 minutes accessibility to these locales and beaches are not to far from the property.

the air conditioning was a bit loud, I think the compressor needs a better and more firmly secured location. Mother nature activities ( wind, heavy rain squalls as humans we cant control that.

Space in the apartment, quiet area, secure, fast internet, coffee and tea available, airconditioning and last but not least very attentive owners.

Little bit off from town, garden in front has more potential.
