Unclean. Front desk did not answerour call at 10 am. Mouse or squirrel dropping noticed on kitchen counters. Sofa bed uncomfortable and unclean

location of property with golf course, beautiful scenery and tracks right a the backyard of property ... house was clean with enough utensils in the kitchen.

no air conditioning in the property. in day time it was hot. on our request for extra fans ... two 6 inch miniature fans were provided ... furniture was old but clean enough. 10-15 min drive from Mont Tremblant ... no public / hotel transport avlb. ...

Very Spacious, quiet, great layout, nice patio with BBQ.

No AC, was very hot. Master bedroom blinds all bent, spent an hr straightening them so we could use. Many light bulbs out, I replaced 3 of them. Kitchen heater coming on, called maintenance and they disconnected. Very few condiments, had to buy everything, most other B&B's much better stocked.

I was told before arriving that rooms were ready but only one was and we had to return again to pick up keys for other condo, one fan not working and no air conditioning which was horrific, it’s 2022 and not to have air conditioning for your summer guests is ridiculous, having to drive around to find something to do before getting our keys was extremely irritating on such a hot day, for the price we paid I was expecting much better and would actually like some of my money back

Single beds were were not comfortable

You do have to understand that all of the activities in Mount Tremblant are in the village and that this location will require a drive any time you want to go anywhere. That said, if you are willing to drive and are looking for space for a family, this may be worth it. For us, with a 15 year old boy and 11 year old girl, the 3 bedrooms were worth the drive. The kitchen being well furnished also became important because we had trouble getting dinner reservations (in August) and needed to cook. The washer & dryer was another big advantage for us. Anne at the desk was very helpful.

It's ridiculous to use the first door code any random person would guess: I did not feel safe with that door code. There should also be more hooks or racks in the upstairs bathroom. Since the house is designed for longer stays and the upstairs is designed for 4 people, it would be appropriate to have room to hang 4 towels upstairs.
