The apartment was missing of basic items (soap in the bathroom). It’s at 17th floor which could be annoying when the elevators are not working properly or busy (it happened to me). The washing machine was not working. However, Amanda, the co-host, was very kind and available with me.

Dirty sheets, pillow cases, washing machine can't be used because water from the pipe doesn't fill the water tank, but flows on the floor due to bad connection.

There was a weird smell, most likely from the kitchen sink that made the main area of the apartment smell bad
