"Nice place"

Place was clean and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was missing some stuff but had the basics

Couple lights are out in the bathroom The hallway and lobby of the building didn't smell good on one of the days. We thought it was coming from the garbage chute

"Great location for exploring Old Quebec City with many restaurants, bars, shops and small grocery."

Receiving a copy of the procedures for check out in addition to the one I signed. It wasn't clear how to turn in keys and fob, we learned that talking to front desk staff.

"It was clean, comfortable, quiet and there was enough cupboards and space for 5 of us. it felt like home."

It was close to Old Quebec. so easy to get around. The place was large enough for us to operate a family of 5.

The internet was sketchy and we didn’t know that we could ask for different wifi bands.
