Localização excelente, próximo do centro, restaurantes, bares, atacado do Vale (mercado), farmácia e lojinhas. O beco doce é um charme. O flat tem cozinha equipada, cama de casal confortável, chuveiro quente, tv com Netflix, ar condicionado, ventilador na cozinha. Para o período de alta temporada, o valor da estadia, valeu a pena.

Apenas um ponto de observação, o ar condicionado do quarto não estava, resfriando por muito tempo e e a geladeira não conseguia refrigerar o suficiente. De resto tudo foi ok.
