location is perfect, the flat is very spacious and very clean, very comfy

we paid additional $120 for the cleaning - it is a big amount, and to request us to take out trash after paying for the cleaning is a bit over the top, n'est pas? also, to be greeted with a long list of warnings how much we suppose to pay in case if something will be damaged - kinda not really welcoming feeling.
