Quarto e sala em Copanema

The apartment is located in a strategic area between Copacabana and Ipanema, literally a 5-minute walk from the beach. The building is equipped with video surveillance and a 24-hour concierge service. The rooms are fine; I stayed alone for two weeks, but it’s more than suitable for a couple as well. I had an issue with the washing machine, but it was resolved within a couple of days by sending a technician for repairs. Great communication overall.

The only suggestion I would make is to buy a new sofa (the current one is not very comfortable as it feels like it tilts forward) and to update the kitchen, which is a bit old and rusty. Anyway, the value for money is excellent!

Great location, at a stone's throw from Ipanema beach with lots of stores, restaurants and bars around. Safe with a doorkeeper at the entrance. Convenient to have own kitchen and facilities.

The apartment is rather small and doesn't have any direct daylight. The furniture and utensils are old, musty or mouldy. My girlfriend was suffering from allergy the whole time. The sofa is possibly the worst: smelling like mould and VERY uncomfortable to sit in. We had to put an extra blanket over the couch to be able to use it. Please invest in your property! Also, the upstairs neighbours were making a lot of noise the entire night.
