The drain in the bathroom is completely clogged and becomes a bathtub as soon as you take a quick 5 minute shower, all of the pots and pans were dirty, there was no sponge, and the fireplace miraculously died on our first night leaving the room at 10 (not necessarily a bad thing but still something that became an inconvenience after being outside in -30 all day, and especially after paying almost $300 a night).
CADirty floor in the bathroom. We had to wipe it. After 20 seconds water begins to accumulate in the bathtub(looks like it is partially clogged). Two drip pans of electric stove were very dirty. The cleaning fee shouldn't be charged at all. The dishwasher is not attached to the structure of the counter at all. The hand of blinds on one window was absent. There was no information on how to turn on Wi-Fi. At the central check-in they did not know either. Luckily we found the phone number and the name of the person(the owner or someone who looks after it) who explained us which network we had to use and what the password was. The property was advertised with hot pool and hot tub. The hot pool and hot tub behind the building did not work: the pool was closed and the hot tub was under renovation. We were said there were another pool and hot tub in the lower village, but that pool was closed too and the hot tub belongs to another property. We were said that we could use it but it is about 10 minutes on foot from where we stayed.
