A pousada é muito bem localizada. Bem no Centro de Chapecó, próximo a vários restaurantes, mercados, serviços etc. O preço é muito bom, dado que você vá sem esperar grandes confortos.

Conexão wi fi é muito ruim. O estacionamento, que é um diferencial importante, não pode ser utilizado durante o horário comercial. Não há isolamento acústico entre os quartos, de modo que, se o quarto ao lado tiver barulho, fica difícil dormir. Como não tem ninguém presencialmente no local gerindo a propriedade, pequenas coisas que poderiam ser relatadas e eventualmente corrigidas ficam ignoradas.
