"Maravilloso departamento a pasos de la playa."

El departamento muy cómodo, tiene de todo, bien iluminado, fresco, con aire acondicionado, camas comodas, TV, buenos baños, 03, uno por cada habitación lo que hace muy práctico todo y la cocina bien equipada. Está muy bien ubicado, cruzas la calle y estas en la playa. Condominio tiene duchas exteriores para sacar la arena después de un día de playa, piscina, sala de recreación, canchas de futbol/basquetball, amplia capacidad de estacionamientos, el departamento tiene uno propio por si arriendas auto. El condominio tiene una pequeña tienda de conveniencia para compras básicas y además hay dos supermercados, pequeños, pero muy completos y económicos cerca, a 12 y 16 minutos caminando. El sector es tranquilo y muy familiar.
