Nice quiet location.

One on the bed was missing a comforter and the mattress was having a bump. We wrote to request a comforter or an extra blanket and never got any answer.

Good and serene location.

The owner of the property did not follow the instructions issued out for the check -in to the apartment. For example, the key was not placed in the mailbox as indicated in the instructions, and we stood out at the entrance of the apartment for more than 45 minutes. It took the intervention of one of the residents in the neighbourhood to follow up on the key for us. 2. They took an extra amount of 300CAD from our account as a guarantee for damages. The owner has not released the 300CAD to us when we checked out. They are quiet on the 300CAD withheld without any explanation or release. Kindly release our money into the account since there was no damage to any item at the apartment. We were not happy about the treatment given to us when we arrived for the check-in.

Very easy check-in process, the host was on site and said if i needed anything just let him know. I needed extra towels and they were at the door within minutes after asking!

There was limited toiletries. It would've been nice to have some extra soap, toilet paper, paper towel, towels, etc., without having to ask. Also, the sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable

Wonderful, safe, convenient parking lot. Outside and entrance were clean and well maintained. Management was on site regularly to ensure you were well taken care of. Quiet location.

Very dated apartments. The beds were the worst. Very old and uncomfortable. You couldn’t move without them creaking. We needed hand and dish soap/ dish towel and we’re unable to get ahold of anyone. We went 24 hours before they arrived.
