Clean, good bed, ok location. Host is responsive on the phone.

Can't control temperature from the apartment (host has the control remotely), no washer/dryer, you can hear people talking in the next Apartment. If you are a light sleeper then the noise from the bar downstairs will wake you up as their music goes on till midnight (I saw the host mention this in the Airbnb app but not sure if it's mentioned on booking.com).

Запах. В корридоре запах курева, в самом номере тоже присутствует какой-то запах, не курева, но и не самый приятный. Рядом бар с музыкой. Некоторым может мешать, звук слышно, но мы целый день ходили, поэтому сразу уснули и звук не мешал. Номер очень простенький, как мне кажется за эту цену дорого.

The property was clean and location was so convenient.

I didn’t like how the owners behaved regarding early check-in. They didn’t allow a single minute before 3 PM for check-in. We had to suffer a lot and ended up renting a car to spend our time. Additionally, we requested the owners to keep our luggage and were denied that too.
