the house was at the foot of the ski slopes, which was fantastic we had a warm and personal welcome by the host and the owner of the accommodation

the bedroom with the bunk bed was too warm to sleep well officially it's the drying room next to the washing machine and not a bedroom in our opinion

The property is very convenient for the whole family with all modern amenities and an amazing view of the Eugene mountain

A bit expensive, but understandable with all the amenities and the view

We really enjoyed our stay at Billabong. The pictures are accurate of the inside. Comfortable space for our family of 6 people! We loved the views of fhe mountains and having washer/dryer was helpful! It was also very close to the Grindelwald shopping/reataurants & a stone's throw away from the trainline! Owner was very responsive to fix a broken toilet seat. Very clean unit and well stocked.

Only downside is the weather was warm outside, so we really appreciated the Air Conditioning units in each bedroom, but could've used one more AC unit for the main living room/dining area. But honestly, it wasn't too bad bc it cools off at night and plus, mostly gone during the daytime.

The amenities, spaciousness, and location.

We really enjoyed the stay. The house was very cozy and at a very prime location with easy access to COOP, train and cable car stations. Diarmuid was the same guy who refunded my complete amount when I could make to his property during Covid. I accidentally happened to stay this time with his another property. He is a gentleman.
