1. Apartment size is very good 2. It's very clean 3. Location is very nice, close to lake and balcony has very nice view towards lake 4. Accessibility from railway station is around 500m 5. Near by good restaurant and grocery

There are some which could better. 1. Water pressure in kitchen, bathroom is not so good 2. Bathroom windows glass is transparent with curtain 3. Wifi is not working properly 4. For early checking asking extra money on arrival, even I have informed them in advance. However after multiple requests they arrange early checking without any payment.
