Excellent location, helpful and communicative host. Spacious and comfortable room with plenty of the comforts of home including a small kitchen. A short walk from the best beaches and restaurants.

Location is excellent and the building feels secure. Peter was fantastic at communication throughout and provided recommendations during our stay which we were grateful for and made a big difference. Kitchen is well equipped.

The bedsheets were stained yellow. I think they were washed but stained because we were there to see them changed as we checked out for the next people arriving - but unsure, and it made them feel dirty. Shower stays scorching hot for 45 seconds then goes cold. You have to keep turning it off and on to keep the water hot. They charge electricity separately, which given how much we paid for the apartment it seemed unreasonable. I would recommend changing to allow guests, say, 5 reals a day in usage, and anything over be charged. This way guests are conscious of usage without a petty 25 real fee at the end of the stay.
