"Apartamento novinho adorei"

A localização é ótima, dá pra andar a pé pelo centrinho. A apartamento é bem completo, tudo limpinho e novo, a anfitriã super atenciosa.

O único ponto negativo é que o estacionamento fica na rua lateral é proibido estacionar na porta. Então tem que carregar as coisas alguns metros, e subir 2 lances de escada. Mas a localização super vale a pena e compensa isso.

Localização na própria avenida onde é possível acessar tudo, desde restaurantes e barzinhos, bem como shopping e pequenos comércios!…a noite é bem animada e segura!

Os aptos superiores são localizamos no sótão e portanto os cômodos tem restrição de altura! Iluminação deficiente nas escadaria externa, ruídos e cheiros vindo das cozinhas no entorno do prédio!
