The stay was quite disappointing. We found cockroaches in the apartment and immediately asked to be moved to another unit. Surprisingly, instead of addressing the issue right away, the staff asked us to provide pictures as proof, which was frustrating and unprofessional. This is not what you expect when booking a place to stay. Definitely needs better pest control and customer service.

Вообщем всё нормально. До пляжа 5-7мин. До ресторанов 5-7мин. До магазина 3-5мин. Реагируют на вопросы быстро.

Нужен мелкий ремонт. Кровати скрипят. Хозяин знает. Если устранить может приеду в следующем году. Работайте. Всех благ.

Vŕzganie postele, chladnička sa vypinala pri odchode z bytu

Lokalita je super, blízko centra i pláže a velmi blízko letiště. Pokoje dostatečně vybavené, také kuchyně vše potřebné. Klimatizace ve všech místnostech k dispozici. Hezky a útulně zařízeno, příjemné sezení v obývacím pokoji. Velmi děkujeme za pomoc s nalezením zapomenutého dětského batůžku s oblíbenou plyšovou hračkou a zaslání vnukovi, který ji postrádá!

Vrzající postel v ložnici by si zasloužila vyměnit! Police v kuchyni trochu vysoko pro menší postavu :) Jinak není co vytknout.

Понравился сервис. Всегда отвечали на мои сообщения, и пытались помочь. Это было очень приятно. И было все необходимое в кухне - Это плюс.

Очень - очень много недостатков и поломок. Что было опасно для моих детей. (Отваливалась полка с маленькими шурупами, разбитая стеклянная лампа) Квартира была не убрана перед нашим приездом, мне пришлось с дороги убирать и мыть полы, чтоб чувствовать себя комфортно. Ключи мы смогли получить только после 16.00, хотя настоятельно просили о раньшем заезде, так как были с маленьким ребенком. Но к нам так и не вернулись с положительным ответом, а говорили, что вернутся позже. На доме указан номер 86, а в адрессе 66. Даже таксист не мог найти. И мы сами пешком под солнцем, с ребенком, ходили и искали необходимый дом, а фотография дома открылась нам только после 16.00 Это было очень сложно, и не удобно. В ванной не было шампуни, только мыло, почему ?! Нам предложили менять чистые полотенца за дополнительную плату. И мы 5 человек, на протяжение 8 дней должны были пользоваться одними полотенцами. Мы приехали к вам с Израиля, наша страна находится в военных действиях, и часто звучат сирены. Это про опасность. И мы попали к вам, когда у вас звучали сирены. Нам было неожиданно и страшно, мы не знали куда бежать и где прятаться . Дети испугались и плакали, мы не знали почему звучат сирены. Очень жаль, что вы не предупредили ваших гостей, что на Кипре бывают сирены.

The apartment was a major letdown. It looked much cleaner and more modern in the photos, but in reality, it’s an old, poorly renovated space that was dirty upon arrival. The bathroom was especially filthy — full of mold (or something just as disgusting), and the door didn’t even lock. The beds were extremely noisy, creaking loudly with every slight movement, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Most of the furniture was damaged, which made it all the more absurd that the host demands a damage fee. When we arrived exactly at the check-in time, there was no key in the locker as instructed. We had no idea how long we’d be waiting, but luckily we ran into the cleaner who had just left — he kindly gave us a key. Without him, we might’ve been stranded for hours. The cleaner was very friendly and helpful, but the situation still felt unsafe. It’s concerning not knowing if the previous guest failed to return the key, or if the key intended for us simply went missing. To top it off, the WiFi did not work at all during our stay. I contacted the host multiple times, but nothing was resolved. We ended up having to buy our own internet, which added unnecessary extra costs. The only somewhat positive thing is the location — around a 20-minute walk to Finikoudes beach — but that doesn’t come close to justifying the overall poor experience. I would not recommend this apartment.

It was a disappointment. An old, filthy Apartament without WiFi.

Nothing. Maybe just the fact that we had a beach nearby.

Although the apartment appeared attractive in the pictures, the reality was far from it—it felt like it needed a complete rebuild. The walls were filthy, giving the place an unkempt appearance. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and creaked loudly with even the slightest movement, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The bathtub felt unstable, as if it might crack at any moment. Finding the socket plugs was a challenge; we spent about 15 minutes searching, only to discover that some didn’t work at all. The worst moment came when the door of the upper kitchen cabinet unexpectedly fell on our heads. To top it off, we struggled with the lockbox when trying to return the key. After several unsuccessful attempts by different people, we had no choice but to leave the key inside the apartment and rush to the airport.
